Just what Christmas needs

Bright

Stops working!

Purchased it last year, got it out this year and its no longer working think its the adapter, either way the product is WAY too expensive to only work a few months and then quit.

Cheap product with no customer support

Do not purchase, poorly made product with ZERO customer support. Had it up for two months, took it down and stored in basement. Put it up Nov 2024 and it did not work at all. Called GE, they directed to third party servicer who wanted me to pay for shipped with no guarantee they'd fix. Trash product

Broke immediately after Xma - Lws refused to help

Broke immediately after Christmas. Contacted Lowe’s and was told no refunds or replacements. Absolute freaking disgrace. I am going to contact my bank to report this transaction. This is super messed up man.

Colorful Christmas

The colors and patterns were amazing! Remote makes Changing color and pattern so easy. Received many compliments on it. Assembly took about 20 mins. Totally recommend!!!!

This tree looks awesome in the front yard, so many festive options for the lights - don't get too excited about the text feature, maybe i'm standing too close, but hard to read. Wish I'd have bought 2!

Lots of color options, but VERY fragile

Big issues: Fragile. Falls in high winds. Pulls stakes right out of the ground. Star broke. Lit up for 2 nights and then half of the lights went out. Personal issues: Lots of light functions, but not the options I’d prefer. I don’t need red, white, and blue for Christmas. I’d like to make the tree solid green and have some fade or chasing of the one color green.

Stopped working

Purchased the 9ft. tree on 12/5. On 12/30 started phasing in red then stopped working. Unplugged for 30 seconds plugged back in three lights came on. Tried again will not work. Packaged up brought back to Lowes In Plainville MA. They said they will not take back and to contact GE. I Paid $189.00 plus tax at Lowes not GE lol. So you have to fill out return form pay for shipping to send back to GE. So with Purchace price and shipping I have a $250 tree. This is not right! Frank B.

Easy to assemble, lots of colorful patterns to choose from. Began using outdoors Thanksgiving weekend, on for 3-4 hrs nightly. Worked fine as of 12/30, when we arrived home after dark on 12/31 it was only all red, flickering dimly & randomly. Within minutes it dimmed until it went out. Next morning plugged back in & nothing. Lowe’s said “sorry Charlie” - no Christmas decor returns after 12/24. Next step - contact GE. Saw another review here saying theirs would only come on all red. Cu...
