does not work in cold weather

I have had the opener for 5 years and it works great in when the temp is above 60 degrees. I have to keep a hand held remote on the outside of the house when the weather gets cold, otherwise, I can not get into the garage. does not even work when I put in new batteries.

Happy with the Product

The colors didn't match on the "Program" buttons but I eventually figured it out. Quick delivery, clearly written directions in English, & a warning that the colors on the Program buttons may not match. Well done!

Don't let it get cold

If the tempature drops below 75*F this will not work.. Frustration from being locked out of my home many times, have learned to not depend on this. Waist of money.

I think there is a problem

I recently bought this. I had to try a number of times to get it to program correctly. I have not had problems programming other remote openers with this opener. It seemed to work correctly, but now I am finding that the garage door opens itself at unknown intervals. I have never had this problem before. I have had to remove the battery to see if we can prevent this. Installing this new 877MAX is the only thing that has changed since this has happened. I can not recommend this product until this...

Unable to connect with opener

Just won't connect to opener via instructions in the box.

Check that your openers receiver is not broke before ordering a remote.

Does not work.

Looks good, does not work, I have yellow learn light on opener, tried the other three frequencies also, none of them work.

I cannot get this piece to program.

Could not get this piece to program after several tries and following the directions carefully.

Buttons Hard to Push

Bought the 877Max several years ago to replace another Liftmaster remote keypad. The buttons on this keypad are very hard to push and it sometimes takes multiple tries to get all the code numbers entered. But it does work when needed.

Not working

Glad it is just not our wireless keypad that doesn't work! We have tried changing batteries and codes, just does not want to open with the code, light just flashes - ugh! Even pressing enter to close the door is no longer reliable! So frustrating!

Works great!

We bought our home 3 years ago and it came with remote openers for both garage doors. Based on their appearance, they've been here for awhile. We are completing a remodel so I came to the site today to order new remotes. i'm disappointed to see the issues described here. We have never had a problem with the remotes on this house, except occasionally we have to press "Enter" 2 times. We had the same remotes on our previous house and they worked flawlessly for many years. Once we get these new one...

Another Poor Reliability Issue

Like the others, we are very frustrated with the this product. I like my garage door opener, but we're hoping to find another product that will work with Liftmaster. We need a wireless keypad, but we don't want to replace it every year! Altogether, we spent way too much money to have this happen at this point
