This Broan is a Keeper!!!

I can barely hear the fan. and it does a super job of clearing the bath of steam.

Very modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was a little difficult. The noise isn’t as loud as the previous one I had. It doesn’t consume that much energy and the lighting is prefect white and air flow is perfect.

Terrible instructions

Instructions were terrible! I’m sure once we figure out how to replace the old one we will like it. But seriously after we download the QR code it doesn’t show you the way to install it with the wiring box … not happy with the instructions at all..

Difficult Installation

Very difficult to install. Would not buy product if I knew the challenge it would be. Had to go to hardware to get additional materials for installation.

What an upgrade!

Awesome and quiet

This fan is both very quiet while initially running and when running for a long time. It also very quickly helped clear the air. Love the lighting this provides as well... Much less harsh and more spa-like than our old one. Love it!

Efficient fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was fairly easy to install. Works really well as an exhaust fan. The built in led light is a plus. Quiet and efficient for a large or small space. Definitely an added plus to the bathroom.

Takes care of business decently

The fan is decent power and the light is ok level. This is not an expensive unit but it’s functional. For all the bathroom needs.

Quiet, modern and great additional lighting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bathroom fan is definitely an upgrade from our previous generic Broan fan. The additional light in our bathroom is wonderful. It’s more of a natural light and has been an amazing way to add better lighting in our dimly lit bathroom. The fan is about 50% quieter than our previous fan. The Broan-NuTone Roomside Series Bathroom exhaust fan looks really nice! I love the minimalism of it, a simple flat panel with a flat, square light. Everything seems high quality too, I tested the components snapping together. I cannot install this quite yet because it is much smaller than my current exhaust fan. Replacement unit

I had a friend help me to install this unit. Our house is older so the install was not completely "room side" as he needed to go into the attic to reconnect the ducting. Once the unit was installed, the light is bright and the fan is quiet. I would purchase this unit again.

My old fan could never!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan is quiet and packs a punch I'm very impressed. The installation process was easier than I expected and only took 2 hours start to finish. We use to need a dehumidifier in our bathroom but now that we have a fan that works we don't even need it.
