Would Not RecommendMy in laws bought a water heater from Lowes. They made my 85 yr old father in law strap the water heater to the back of his truck by himself and they just watched him do it. This is not the first incident we have had with this Lowe’s on purchases. Lowe’s staff needs to do better.

Lights flashing 10 times and error says burner screen needs to be cleaned. Our certified plumber then said try lighting the pilot again. Started working for a couple hours and then stopped. And the garage smelled like gas. Or carbon monoxide detectors alerted us. Had we not had those monitors we would have been dead. Lowes wants me to uninstall the water boiler and bring it to the ...
