Would RecommendNever buy a water heater that has been Punctured or has a tear in the box, never buy a water heater that someone returned, most of the time some asxxxle stole the burner assembly and installed a old burner assembly with holes in the screen and placed it in the one they returned. Lastly, "NEVER" place the water heater on its side when transporting a new water heater, it will set off a safety devices ( earthquake safety switch ) that will cause it to not lite. ----> besides that, A.O.
