Lowe’s employee mixed this storm coat exterior paint and matched the color I picked out. The color went on so well I didn’t need a second coat. I will be back next year to buy more for my deck railings.

Great Paint!

I painted the block underpinning on my older mobile home. It has been 2 years now and it still looks great. I have purchsed this for several other projects also. Would recommend this paint for any exterior job.

This paint covers very well, and considering I used it on a 115 y/o house, it covered better than expected. I would recommend this paint to anyone. The fact that I received a rebate on top of it puts this purchase in the outstanding category.

Horrible Paint

I bought this to paint the exterior of my home and it does not cover! We had to do over three coats and it still did not cover. The house was white and we were painting it white so color was not an issue. The job looks terrible. Save yourself the hassle and buy a better quality paint!!!

Great Paint

i see alot of ppl complaining about how the turns out and i know some didn't even bother takeing the proper steps, we buy 50-200 gal a yr, u should always have the paint shaken at store b4 u take it out of store, 2 make sure have the house clean, this means all the dirt and lose paint scraped, powered washed if needed and all rotted wood replaced. recaulk where needed, yes i have gotten bad paint b4 it happens sometimes it shouldnt but it does, and yes i have painted with it in 35f weather it su...

Perfect for my needs

I asked the salesman at the Lowes counter if he had a cheap paint for my trailer and he recommended this. I have a 70 year old house trailer in Florida for snowbird occupancy, neat old collector's item. I did it in aqua pastel with crockery orange trim. Painted with one double coat to cover and it has held up well for three years now. Any stains or green stuff washes off easily.

Bubbling Paint

We purchased a gallon of Valspar StormCoat (White) to paint the wood railing and facia on our porch based on a recommendation from our local Lowes. The paint flowed and covered very well and we were very happy, at first. Three days later, as a light rain fell, we noticed the paint bubbling up in areas where rain water would spray on the railing and posts.
