HOW is anyone supposed to know which type of FRAMES these fit? Yes, I know it's a "mini" frame, but on what type of "bar" do they fit, & will 4" work

2 inch mini roller will not work on a 4” frame or a 6” frame. If you don’t have a 2” frame, then you would need to move up to a 4” roller. If you’re just doing some touch-up or sampling, then you could also look at item 144282...it includes a small tray, 2” frame, and a 2” foam roller.

The core diameter is listed under specifications as .56" This would indicate these rollers working with a single bar frame. WHIZZ does have a 2 inch foam roller kit that works with this size (Item # 144282 Model # 97610). Otherwise, a single bar 2" frame should work.

"DMH - NC" thanks for replying, but this: "If you don't have a 2” frame, then you would need to move up to a 4” roller" doesn't make any sense because as you pointed out they're not interchangable. I saw item #144282 but as all the negative reviews state, it's ALL plastic now, the image Lowe's gives is wrong.
