Yes, this product can be used for all those applications as long as it is installed in conduit and protected at 20 amps.

It's 12 gauge so fine on 20amp circuits. As to overall use in homes, check your local building codes. Generally, you would use something like 12/2 with ground which has 2 wires plus a ground. This is a single wire. Not as useful for general home wiring.
