With any product that is produced at different times, there can be slight lot to lot differences, as this is unavoidable. While great care is taken to match the same master tonality target, there will always be variances. You can check available lots in store to the lot of tile you purchased prior to install to be sure of a suitable match with as little variation as possible. To date, we have not had a claim regarding mis-match, as we do run very large batches at a time, which also helps to minimize variation. Look for product produced at least within the same year if possible for the best possible match.
