Will this adhere well on a Polypropylene decorative panel?

We're happy to help, Roger. While Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint can be applied to plastic surfaces, Some plastics made of polyethylene such as plastic storage containers are manufactured in a way that may hinder maximum paint adhesion. We recommend first applying a test patch to an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire surface. -Rust-Oleum Product Support 14
