how can i start? i just try to pull the paper and put in my garden but they do not turn on at night.


I just got done speaking with customer service. No switch means a faulty product. Boxes of them at my store.

The switch needs to be turned on to work. This switch is located under the light.(FYI- The switch is covered with a white rubber cover, turn to right)
