Do you have to snip the tip of the applying tip?

Hello Cindy - No, with the new Smart Dispenser™ there is a spring loaded valve mechanism at the end of the dispenser. When you pull the trigger on the Smart Dispenser™ it pulls a little needle valve that opens up a small hole in the end of the dispenser. Just twist the dispenser on, so there is no gap between the bottom of the dispenser and the black rubber seal and start spraying.
