GREAT STUFF Gaps and Cracks 12-oz Smart dispenser Indoor Spray Foam Insulation Canister
Can you use it behind an electrical panel

It is possible depending of course on the space between wall and panel. Electrical panels are usually large in height and width so less than an inch you should be ok.
