Can I hide the screw securing the this?


Sort of. You can get screw caps to cover them. Look for #8 countersink screw caps in a metallic finish like SS or SN.

No, the screws are not hidden. We do not recommend gluing the backsplash.

Not unless you plan on putting something over them or placing the screws behind a cabinet. You can always glue the sheet to the wall if you don't want to see the screws
