Was this Answer Helpful ?An angle grinder with a cut off disk. Try to put something on top of it to use as a straight edge guide, and keep the plastic on until you're finished working with it.
Was this Answer Helpful ?Metal shears will cut it, but it is not easy and it tends to bend. Cuts may be sharp and you may need to cover end with a metal frame such as a silver door strip.

Was this Answer Helpful ?I wouldn't suggest cutting, or trimming this item with any hand tools. You might be able to get a clean cut, if you can gain access to a metal shear at a sheet metal shop.
