In the store it, this model has a basket on the bottom and the picture here has a shelf. What does this model have on the bottom?


I just bought this model and it only has a gate at the bottom. Disappointed. Can I order a shelf and a basket? Did it come in incorrect?

You can order a second lower shelf and the lower basket separately. Part# W10736043 for the basket, and W10838313 for the extra lower shelf.
