is food kept in the bottom of this unit as frozen as that at the top?


I have an external temperature monitor I installed. The temperature is the same from top to bottom.

All of the contents in our freezer are equally frozen. We have noticed absolutely no difference.

Yes, Everything is evenly frozen. There's also four temperature settings to see to it.

I can understand your concerns as I have a family that I need to keep fed as well. There are vents that force the cold air into all areas of the unit. They are all kept at a consistent temperature, and food is kept frozen throughout the unit. We do recommend storing items away from the vents to allow for proper air flow, but if that is done, then the food should be held cool.
