worked one month in the garage, cannot be stored below 40 degrees.

I’m in Vegas, w/ temp of 115F & even hotter in my garage….5 yrs, no issues maintaining the temp….as long as you keep door closed obviously ({ ;)

As long as the garage does not get below 40 degrees. It does not specify that heat in a garage is a problem.

I'm not sure, but I think you should be able to keep it in an attached garage.

I am not sure if you can put it in an outside garage, but I have mine in our garage, but its a below the ground garage and rarely gets below 55 degrees. I have had a second fridge in the garage for 10 years with no problem.
