I have an older Panasonic ceiling fan with heat and fluorescent light and nightlight. Are the newer models the same size for direct replacement?


The newer Panasoinc Fan/ Heat/Light FV-0511VHL1 unit is slightly smaller than the previous units. The old FV-11VHL1 and FV-11VHL2 were 16"x 14 1/2" while the newer units are 16" x 10 1/4". A small amount of drywall may need to be replaced to get the new unit to fit without leaving a hole.
