Can this be used in a dishwasher? Is it food-safe?

DAP KWIK SEAL ULTRA is not a "food safe" product, accordingly, it is not recommended for use on/in dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, microwaves, or other similar appliances/food handling equipment. For appliance repair applications, we would recommend the use of DAP All-Purpose 100% Silicone Adhesive Sealant.
