I have Oncor rebate & plan to purchase. Website shows rebate applies to HP10-50H45DV, but not to this more efficient HPS10. Why not to both?


I just went through this. We talked with Oncor and they told us to request a coupon and try in-store. I'm happy to report it worked!

The HPS model is relatively new, and the utility company may have not yet updated their eligible products. The Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) of 3.45, which is found in the specification section, is likely all they need to determine eligibility.
