Is this mulch dyed? We have a pond and can not used dyed mulch.

In addition to it being dyed, it contains silica which is a known cancer-causing ingredient. Unsure what it'll do for pond wildlife habitat.
Was this Answer Helpful ?If you read the specs/description they recommend that you apply the mulch and keep sprinkles and rain away from the mulch for 48 hours to help finish the curing process. Try and place when there's no rain in the forecast

Was this Answer Helpful ?Yes it is dyed. I stacked these on my concrete porch last year prior to using it It stained my concrete porch. Had to power wash it three times to get the stain off.
Was this Answer Helpful ?Easily one could read the label or call the company or read the specs on the page. This mulch is safe for vegetable gardens, No herbicides , no insecticides non toxic. Id be more afraid of what you buy at the grocery store and consume daily.You DONT know how or where that produce came from.
