A healthy lawn means annoying weeds and pests are nowhere to be found. Here are three tips that will help keep your lawn healthy all season long:
1) Weed and feed the lawn. Kill weeds that are breaking the surface with a post-emergent weed killer. Try one that has a fertilizer to help your grass grow longer and stronger.
2) Apply when wet to help the granules stick to the leaves so they can work their magic. Apply in the morning, when there is dew on the lawn or after watering. To avoid runoff, apply only when rain is not expected for the next 48 hours.
3) Control pests. You can block them with a pesticide. Organic pesticides are a good way to treat your lawn and garden naturally.
