Boost Your Workout With a Medicine Ball


If you want to increase the intensity of your workouts and strengthen your core, a medicine ball is a great choice. These weighted exercise balls have either a rubberized grip and look like a regular sports ball, or they're shaped more like a steering wheel and have handles cut into them.
