This crawlspace dehumidifier works excellent. It brought the humidity down from around 70% to 35% and has been holding steady at that level. It runs reliably and has made a noticeable difference in keeping the crawlspace dry and comfortable. Very happy with its performance and would recommend it.

My early review was not a fan of this dehumidifier due to Waykar not including the wired remote when it clearly stated in the description, one was included. Penny At Waykar reach out to me and stated she was sending the remote. Penny apologized about the misunderstanding and went to great measures to insure I was satisfied. I would strongly recommend this product. It’s been in the Crawl Space for 3 weeks and has made a big difference!!!

I bought this to replace an older Longhi dehumidifier with a pump. The Longhi was fine for its original purpose, to keep humidity under control in the basement, but the pump stopped working, and I now want to keep a lower humidity level for some recently acquired 3D printers—many filaments are hygroscopic, and I decided to keep the room humidity below 30%, preferably below 20%. The Waykar keeps it at or below 30%, but I need to install a door (currently just a curtain) on the entryway to allow ...

After several failed attempts to use residential-level dehumidifiers to lower the humidity in the basement, we are VERY happy to find one that WORKS! With the other models we'd never drop below 58%. A couple of days with this model and we're at 44-43%, huge improvement.

We purchased this dehumidifier for our basement. It sometimes gets a little musty smelling. We have had this running and now on a timer. So far no complaints and the smell is not present.

Do not buy from Waykar , their customer service and support Sucks. Their listing on a Dehumidifier stated comes with a Wired Remote, spoke to Waykar Customer Service and was informed that’s a mistake, spoke to Lowe’s Customer Service and was informed that’s a mistake on Waykar end. So as a consumer, you are out of the cold with Waykar. Lowe’s should not be selling these unless they stand by their sales. Also you have to wait for Waykar to get back with you and that is 3 days or more. D...

Works well, but installation instructions are terr

The dehumidifier itself functions exactly as advertised—it’s powerful, the pump lifts water easily, and the metal build is sturdy. However, the manual is absolutely useless. The instructions for mounting the ducting and setting up the pump wiring were super confusing. I had to watch three different YouTube videos of similar models just to figure it out. Good product, but the company needs to rewrite their user guide.

a bit loud but very effective

This thing is a beast at removing humidity. It brought our garage down from 78% to 50% very quickly. It’s a little louder than I expected when the compressor kicks in, but since it’s an industrial unit, that’s kind of fair. just don’t mount it directly under a bedroom if you’re a light sleeper.
