I purchased this on 05-11-24. When I installed it, it didn't work. I got on the 24 hour chat. Their 24 hour chat, is only to see what the problem is and passes to another department to try to help you through email. These are good ice makers, although I think the numbers are wrong. My machine says it makes 80Lb daily with 33Lb of storage. Well, it's about 1/2 of that because the bin only holds about 16 - 20LBs at a time. I get 2 buckets of ice from it every day, which the bucket holds about 20Lbs. I get 1 in the morning for my cooler, and then I get another 1 when I get home. So I figured it makes around 40 to 50 Lbs a day for me. I bought the machine and not even a month of use it stopped. I contact Lowes customer service and they gave me an email to contact the manufacturer. I sent the email and never received a response, it's been months. Today I was given a number to contact the manufacturer and called at 3:30PM and it says the office is closed for lunch when their working hours are 8AM ET to 5PM ET according to Lowes customer service. I bought this ice maker back in April. It no longer makes ice.i have it hooked up properly and it was making ice before. Not to mention this this garbage never kept ice "frosty" as advertised because I don't see any insulation inside, so soon as the ice drops it's melting and fills up my 5 gallon drain bucket in a few hours. I am very disappointed in this brand.

Works like a champ. Been wanting a stand alone ice machine for a while but could never justify the $2000 price tag. Instructions and control panel are a bit difficult to translate and decipher. Unit delivered on 7/25/2023 and installed by a plumber 0n 7/27/2023. At 1:00am heard noise and went into kitchen. Unit was shooting water out from within ice make all over kitchen wooden floors, purchased from Lows. They are now swollen and wrinkly. I want to return this unit and I want my CC credited with the full amount of $409.14. I am an 81 year old handicapped person and cannot bring into store myself. Lowes will have to send someone to my home to pick up unit.
