Disappointed with how thin rug is

This was was supposed to be a medium pile rug but it is so thin and I don’t think it will ever lay flat. It feels like it stretches when you walk on it. I received it on Nov 29th and thought I could live with it but I took it up yesterday. We are older and it would be difficult for us to get ready to return ...

Rug not laying flat

Could be better
The print is gorgeous, the color, of course changes, depending on which direction you’re looking at it. It varies from a very faded color to a nice dark velvet color. The one and curls up and the runner is not cut straight. It curves in the middle. I had to purchase Velcro strips to help hold it in place a little bit more and minimize the curve in it. It was not pleasant to look at.

I would not describe this rug as similar to a Ruggable, as advertised. This is a thin cheaply made rug, you get what you pay for.
