This faucet came with the Ispring water system. The water system is fine so far but one month in this faucet started leaking all over the countertop. We have barely used it.

When I received this faucet I found that it was missing a fitting to connect to my water filter. I contacted their customer service via email and received a response in a few days from Nick. He immediately sent out the missing fittings and followed up with a UPS tracking number. Once installed I found the faucet to be of high quality and looks great.

i like the height of the product and how simple it is to install. it has a good curvature on the spout and the tail of the spout is longer than some i have seen. it fit with my filter system from a previous faucet that started leaking and couldnt be fixed. seems pretty well constructed and looks good.
