It's brand new and I've only used it once. So far so good.

I did my homework reviewing this saw and it is a great saw, but my online order came without a battery, so I didn’t ever start it up or use it. It seems sturdy and relatively light weight and such a pretty bright green color. Thank you to Lowe’s for not taking any responsibility for this “mishap“. It was up to me to return it to their store, order a new one and pick it up at their store. So I returned and purchased it somewhere else.

GreenWorks pole saw

Ordered online, shipped to store promptly. Noticed that it appeared the box had been opened. When assembling noticed that a bolt and nut was missing. Was able to replace with parts from my shop. Would have given five stars, but for this. Saw works as advertised. The only draw back for me is it’s heavy. I’m 71 and can only operate for short periods. But I can deal with that. Have ready trimmed several limbs. And I don’t have deal with gas saws issues.

Works great as expected, as usual

I have many greenworks tools because they are such reliable well designed products.

This is the second one we have purchased. They are great pole saws, and the battery holds a charge for a long time. The first one purchased was for family use, and it worked so well that we purchased one for the local cemetery to have.

Appears to be great saw for triming. Few times used has performed to expections.

A little bit awkward, but surprisingly good at cutting hard to reach limbs on the tree. Definitely much cheaper than an arborist

Open box damaged unit

I ordered this online from Lowes to be picked up at the store. After receiving an initial order confirmation I did not receive any status reports until it was available for pickup. When I picked up the unit the box looked like it had been previously opened. When I attempted to assemble the unit, I found that someone had damaged a gasket. I had to return the unit and decided to not reorder.

Greenworks Pro 60 Volt pole saw - awesome!

I received my Greenworks 60 volt pole saw as a birthday gift. I have already been utilizing it to trim trees in my yard. It works very well and has plenty of power. It is going to save us money. We no longer need to hire someone to do the trimming.
