I bought the X10 Pro Omni with hopes of keeping my floor looking better. Although the water that comes out of the unit when done is dirty it still seems to not do as good a job as I wished on what appears to be simple spills and dried stains (spilled dried coffee). I am not sure how well the other models do so I can't do an exact comparison so what I believe I will have to do is mop the house myself give it a good clean starting point and go from there. Dog hair no more!

I have 3 dogs in the home and the eufy X10 Pro Omni has no issues getting all the dog hair. The brush does not get tangled, nor does anything get clogged. The mop does an equally excellent job as the vacuum! This is one of the best purchases I’ve made and worth every penny.

So far Great!

This was purchased to replace a Roomba S9 that had always been a headache. I haven't been able to use this unit consistently but the couple of times I have used it so far, works great! I love the fact that the mop pads spin so they actually do clean the floor. It does take this unit quite a bit of time to do a full house cleaning on a 2500 sq ft home. The app has been a bit of a learning curve for me and I still haven't found how to keep the unit from returning to it's base each time it compl...

Great mop and vacuum

This is a outstanding vacuum and mop. Eufy did a outstanding job making it. Vacuum rugs good but it did my big areas of tile. When it finished the floors squeak when you walk on them. Self cleaning unit cleans mop heads and empty vacuum and cleans mop heads. App works great and mapping is great never got stuck. Highly recommend it

Happy with my purchase!

This is my 3rd eufy vacuum that I purchased. First two were the basic vacuums but still very good! This one it’s an upgrade and I’m very happy with my choice! It does an amazing job! I have 2 pets and clean floors is my priority! I can sit down and relax while the vacuum cleans and mops the floors! 5 stars!!!

House smells great!

This did a great job cleaning my tile. I don’t have carpet except for rugs. I had to pick them up as it would roll them up but not a big deal. Love how the house smells while it’s cleaning. Like an electric rain storm. Love ozone products!

Good Vacuum and Mop Robot

I liked the robot vacuum and mop. It does a decent job. The only thing is it tangles and gets stuck in some weird places. It is not smart enough to avoid those places or get out of it

eufy X10 Pro Omni

The cleaning and mopping seems to be decent but not to the expectations. I have to do the clean 2 times in order for complete clear cleaning. It leaves some dust out for first time. Mopping is ok and not great

Squeaking very loudly

It has done an excellent job cleaning, but it is already squeaking so loud that we cannot use it when we are at home. I have tried cleaning it but that does not seem to be the issue.

Super clean!

This thing really impressed me as it should for the price point. I have never has my downstairs look so good and the only complaint I have is how loud the suction is for the clean out.
