Came broken - hassle to replace/return
Don't buy this. Right out of the box it was broken and we noticed one of the pre-drilled holes for leg/arm was not lined up either. On phone for 40 minutes to get this picked up for a refund.

Poorly designed; holes not aligned
We have plenty of furniture that we bought directly from Polywood that are great. The quality is not the same for this bench. This bench arrived with holes not aligned and boards seemed warped. My husband assembled it, and close up you can tell it’s poorly made. It also has a metal bar at the back which I did not realize was there when we bought. I wonder if it was added for stability in view of poor structural design and implementation.

Check Condition of Outer Box and Contents
When we picked up the box in the store, the outside of the box was all torn up in several places and had been taped up but even the tape coming off. We shared our concern about the bad condition of the box with Lowe's customer service and expressed concern about the condition of the inside contents (the bench). STURDY, SIMPLE BENCH
We ordered the mahogany color bench and it arrived quickly. I assembled it without any help in 15 minutes. Extremely solid and comfortable. We look forward to many years of maintenance free use.
Another Bad Assembly Story To Share
While this should have been the easiest assembly known to mankind as there were only 4 parts & 8 bolts! However just as others have noted in reviews, the holes were not lined up on both arms and back making it impossible to attach the parts. Returning it sadly!
