We purchased this flooring for our living room several years ago. Easy to install, we put pergo gold mat underneath. We installed this in our living room and down the hallway. So far it is holding up fairly well. It does chip easily if you drop something sharp on it, we have had a couple of chips that I have repaired with a chip kit. Water has splashed on it when I've watered plants I have in the room, but I've wiped them up right away and had no water damage issues. This floor gets a lot of wa...

So, die to some things I took a long time to start our floor. Much to my surprise this color is more blue gray definitely not what it shows in the room here on site. So now, I have to repaint the entire room, it looks awful as is together.

Water Resistance is an all-time low

Would Not Recommend

While I like the look of this product, the water resistance is minimal. I realize there's a difference between waterproof vs water resistant, but with this product, that gap is very wide. You're fine if you pick up the spill as soon as it happens. That's probably true with any product. But if you have, say, a water bowl for your dog who splashes a bit too much - this is not the product for you. Or, make sure you put a mat down or something. Also, it's annoying having to purchase the underlayment...
