Overall the counter top looked good when delivered however when I unwrapped the Buter block was split down the middle and now I need to find way to return as I had it delivered because the size of the item.

I received the item timely, and uppn delivery took it into a room where it will be to stabilize the temperature. Once I unpacked it and was ready to start the project, I noticed it was already slightly bowed, so I am not sure if couple of rips in the packaging could have contributed to this while in warehouse or during transport since it was pretty cold on the delivery date. Not what I would consider quality
The packaging on the special order was outstanding. Once opened up, one corner of the wood butcher block was smashed in, and on the other side, there was a big scratch in the top. If they both were on the same side, that would have been ok because it could be used as the bottom. However, now I have both sides that each have a defect on them. I do not understand how this could pass inspection and be packaged. We have purchased this same item in a 10 foot and it was absolutely perfect. That is wh...
