Order Not Received - Customer Service Worthless
Never received my order. FedEx tracking shows it was returned to shipper but I received email saying it was delivered to me. Called Lowe’s customer service who said they can’t straighten it out. They confirmed it was returned to shipper but all that could be done is for me to request a refund, wait for it to be issued and then reorder. So much for customer service. Disappointing that Lowe’s feels this is the best they can do.
Table's stone insert broke easily; Dangerous
Although I like the loveseat, the coffee table became a terrible disappointment and possible danger for any children around. The tile (porcelain?) insert is thin and in less than two seasons of use, broke completely out when a potted plant accidentally fell off its stand at approximately the same height as the table breaking the table insert and the plant pot. Even though the set was advertised as having a 3 yr. warranty, Allen and Roth would not honor the tile's inability to withstand the acci...

It took too long to be delivered. It was not put on the truck; they didn't process the payment. It finally was delivered and no installation instructions were included. Lowes said 3 - 5 days before they could be e-mailed to me. I'm still waiting. I will never order anything online from Lowes and have it delivered again.

Missing
Strong set and nice Cushing's. The only problem is that it doesn't provide tight for the back Cushin's. When is windy, they are all at the floor. Instructions a little tricky. It took my wife & I 2:30 hours to put it up.
