What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the vanity's elegant design and beautiful marble top, with many noting it transforms their bathroom and rivals pricier models. Soft-close drawers and thoughtful storage appeal to most reviewers. However, nearly a quarter report serious quality issues including cracked marble tops, warped drawers, and chipped paint, creating a polarized experience. Many appreciate the sturdy construction and ease of installation, though some express frustration with inconsistent finishes and replacement part availability. Overall, reviewers value the aesthetic but remain concerned about durability.

Damaged Vaniety

When my contractor unpacked the vanity, he found that it was damaged in several places and has to be returned. The box it was in also showed some damage, so it would have been proactive of Lowes to inspect the vanity to see if it was damaged. Very disappointed. Also, when I called the 800 number and finally got AI to transfer me to a real person, I got a message that the 800 number is not working!
