Would Not Recommend

Purchased new at Lowes. Assembled in place at home. Ignition has never worked, not one time. We have to use a small torch to light it and keep it lit. Yes, to keep it lit we need a torch to heat the thermocouple - which also has not worked. The system will not heat it up or keep it heated. Complete fail from the very start. Thoroughly disappointed.
