THE CABLE FROM THE FIXTURE WERE TWISTED AND UNABLE TO BE CORRECTED UNLESS THE FACTORY SEAL ENCLOSING THE CABLES WAS OPEN, WHICH WOULD RESULT IN VOIDING THE WARRANTY. ADDITIONALLY, AFTER ADJUSTING THE CABLES TO ESTABLISH THE CORRECT HEIGHT OF THE FIXTURE, THE REMAINING CABLE WERE TOO MUCH OF AN LENGTH TO BE ENCLOSED THE THE EXPOSED BOX (AS THE DIRECTIONS INDICATED) .
