What Customers Are Saying

The pendant lights have a mixed reception. Many customers praise the elegant and beautiful appearance, noting they look great in kitchens. Positive feedback highlights the nice glass shades, adjustable height, and easy installation. However, a significant number of reviews mention quality control issues, such as crooked or misaligned bulb sockets, inconsistent glass textures, and cracked glass. Some customers had to return or exchange the lights due to these defects. Additionally, a few reviewers found the lights to be smaller than expected. Overall, the consensus is that the lights are attractive when properly made, but quality control seems to be a concern.
