This is a nice looking toilet paper holder but it doesn't work well. The mounting bracket is secured very well to the wall but the "set pin" which holds the bar to the wall base does not work. The bar tilts down all the time thus the toilet paper slides down. I complained before about this and got an e-mail from Lowe's saying they responded to my review. They did not. Don't but this style of toilet paper holder unless you want to keep pushing it up to keep it straight.

Elegant and useful

The toilet paper holder was easy to install and instantly increased the elegance in my bathroom. The toilet paper holder style matched perfectly with other items in my bathroom (same brand and line). It held my paper as expected.

Post keeps tipping downward

the bracket that you attach to the wall is attached VERY securely. The post screw that you anchor the post to the wall piece does not hold it in place. I wish I had read all the issues regarding this problem. The answer that is given to all that complain about the problem says to call customer service. I called and after being on hold for 5 minutes, I was told that due to a high call volume, I need to leave a message and I will be called back. Do NOT buy this toilet bar.

Easy to change paper

I like this it matched my faucet. It’s very nice and easy to change the paper
