the bracket that you attach to the wall is attached VERY securely. The post screw that you anchor the post to the wall piece does not hold it in place. I wish I had read all the issues regarding this problem. The answer that is given to all that complain about the problem says to call customer service. I called and after being on hold for 5 minutes, I was told that due to a high call volume, I need to leave a message and I will be called back. Do NOT buy this toilet bar.

The toilet paper holder was easy to install and instantly increased the elegance in my bathroom. The toilet paper holder style matched perfectly with other items in my bathroom (same brand and line). It held my paper as expected.

cheap poorly manufactured.
I do not recommend this product whatsoever. Started having problems with it nearly immediately with a coming loose and constantly having to retighten the inner screw that holds the rod. Finally, the end just fell off. Poorly made. Get one made from Delta are Moen instead.

Simple and clean!
Picked this up to match other brushed gold fixtures and it ties everything together nicely. The design is simple and modern, and it feels sturdy once installed. Installation was quick and straightforward. It’s a basic piece, but it does the job well and looks more expensive than it is.

Brushed nickel matches other fixtures in the bathroom Simple to install. Compared to the Hansgruhe I was replacing, this one is noticeably "cheaper." Examples: cylinder is smaller in diameter, screw that joins the cylinder to the post that connects to the wall does not have a lock-washer, and the wall bracket is of cheaper, less strong metal. But on the plus side, the Harlow, at $20 or so, is much less expensive.

The holder works well, but be prepared for it to fall off all the time. It’s a nice piece but not very practical.
