Not even been a month since it has been on our patio and the cushions are already faded, leaving blue dye on people and the material is shredding. It looks like we have owned it for 10 years. Assembly was frustrating and bolts stripped or didn't go in correctly. I serio regret spending my money on this furniture.

Inferior Hardware and Quality Control!
Warning! Inferior hardware and quality control. I snapped and stripped several bolts in the assembly! The bolt locations were rusty and filled with powder coat! Once I got smart and ran all bolt holes with a tap set (1/4-20), assembly was a breeze. Otherwise the set is wonderful. The RMA process is a joke!

The chairs were delivered bend (we paid extra for assembly) the sofa material was cut in two places and the ottoman cushions holder was busted. It was a disaster. Now they don’t have any left in stock so I have to call Monday to complete the refund on the entire set. Good couch. Bad hardware.
Great couch. Super comfy. Assembly was easy enough but some of the homes didn't align right definitely don't tighten any given set of screws until they are all started by hand. The steel is super soft and easy to cross thread. I also had to retap a few holes to get it to work right. We haven't had any problem with cushions blowing away with the wind. But we also keep them in a deck box when not in use. The wicker is comfortable to sit on without the cushion if that's your jam

Garbage
Bolt holes don't line up, bolts are too short, and bolts are designed to strip immediately. Allen and Roth makes the cheapest junk and lowes needs to stop carrying their horrible products

A nice seating set for your porch or patio.
When the package comes, it is a bit daunting at first. However, clear, step by step directions are provided for all parts of this set. In one case, a special tool is needed to make certain connections, and it is provided in the kit. With some basic knowledge of tools and some help with the bulkier parts, assembly should not be a problem. It is well engineered so the parts easily fit together.

Sofa Set - Great but needs better hardware
Comfy sofa set with coffee table and ottomans. Assembly was relatively straightforward, but with each piece, there would be one particular captive thread on a furniture panel that would not thread the bolt in properly. This would cause the bolt's allen-head to strip and you will have to use a wrench to twist it back out. Stunning set
This amazing patio set gives off a very high-end feel. The colors and quality of the weave are amazing. The small footrests have a loop that connect to the frame so they don't slide off. They can be stored under the table when not in use. The couch has a nice steel frame with support legs in the middle. Everything looks so good.

I like the product but the seller needs a lot of help. I saw the display in store with a large 20% off I called a salesman who was less informed than I was about the product or the 20% off so he brought in a “ Manager” who informed me that the 20% off was on the Assembly but he could not give it to me in the store ( later found out the assembly cost was $40 so the big sign will save you a big $8 on a $1800 purchase) manager did not know how much the assembly cost nor what it involved, he told...

Bought the entire set. Chairs and sofa came completely destroyed in boxes. Almost every piece bent and warped. Missing hardware. And Lowe’s said nothing but you can return it. They were no help at all. Offered no other help. Very disappointed in the product and Lowe’s.
