Bathroom Lighting
I really liked this light for my new bathroom renovation! It was easy to install (according to my husband) and it looks so modern and I just wanted something different. I have this light over my sink and then I got another light to match for the ceiling light. I had to get it at Home Depot because Lowe's didn't have the smaller light. It is a little less light than we are used to but not enough to be upset about.

Come on Lowes...do you read the reviews for the products you have in your stores and do anything about them? Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews until after I put two of these fixtures in about a 6' x 9' powder room and realized how 300 watts total from these fixtures couldn't even light up that room. That's about 1 hour and 45 minutes of my life gone for install, probably another 20 minutes to take them down, and 35 minute drive each way to the closest store #since for some odd reason there...
Galileo BN Vanity Light
in kitchen over sink, beautiful finish...ONLY recommendation is to make the lamp depth deeper to use G9 LED lamps...too shallow to mount...using hardware (not sloppy stuff!) to extend safety screen frame to accomodate the LED lamps.
DO NOT BUY if you need light in your Bathroom
Love the look of this light. Put it up and it looked great...BUT...it gives off NO light. It has 3 tiny 50 watt halogen bulbs that put off about as much light as a Christmas Bulb. Seriously, I am not kidding. I had to take it down, pack it up and return it all.

I purchased this light fixture to go in our main bathroom when we remodeled it. Not As It Seems In The Store...
Let me start by saying that I chose this fixture because it has a modern, high end look for my remodeled bath suite. It was installed today and it does provide the high end look I wanted. However, I was surprised at the amount of light it put out. As it's displayed in the store on the huge wall of fixtures, there is no way to know that this fixture would not be adequate to light the room. I just purchased this light today and then read the reviews. After reading about the poor light output, I will be returning this product unopened. No need to even take it out of the box. It's too bad. I love the style and can't find anything similar anywhere else.
