What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the vanity's solid construction, soft-close doors, and stylish design, with many highlighting premium wood craftsmanship and thoughtful storage features. However, a significant portion report serious concerns with the engineered stone top, citing visible water spots, scratches, chips, and unsealed surfaces that degrade quickly. Several received damaged or cracked tops upon arrival, and replacements sometimes arrived with identical defects. Additionally, many note the absence of a side splash option and criticize the built-in electrical outlet's short cord and non-flat plug design, which prevents the unit from sitting flush against walls. Despite these notable drawbacks, most customers remain satisfied with overall construction quality.

Delivery is supposed to be included. Unbox and bring it in the house. The delivery company delivered it and unboxed it while staying on the phone to get approval to put it back on the truck and deliver another day. He did not have capable help to get the job done. I called the store and the said it is the delivery company prerogative to deliver or not. No help there. My wife and I watched them put the $2000 vanity back on the truck and leave. No delivery today.
