DON'T BUY IT!

Save yourself the trouble and pick something else. Trying to get the glass pieces in took forever, then trying to get the bulbs in is another exercise in patience because they fit so snuggly inside the glass that it is very hard to line up the end correctly to get it to go in. The glass pieces are simply too small. One of the glass pieces broke during installation. When a light bulb burns out, it is VERY difficult to replace. Although it is fairly new, I am going to have it replaced with different track lighting. I regret this purchase. (It does not look like oil rubbed bronze as in description. It looks black.)

Beware of glass shades

I like this fixture very much. But installation didn't go as planned and one glass shade was dropped and shattered. Several calls and messages to allen & roth to see if I can purchase a replacement have gone unanswered. So I'm stuck either buying an entire new light for one shade (and lots of spare parts) or one lamp doesn't get a shade - which ruins the look. Better customer service from A&R would be nice.

Beautiful fixture

The adjustability on this fixture made it perfect to put in my hallway. I actually have three hallways and installed one in each. Beautiful styling and gives off so much directional light! Great value for the price!

good light for price

definitely assemble lights before hanging. units light well in two situations- desk area and stairwell and landings. wish bulbs were energy star rated leds. bulb installation tricky with suction cup, but firm pressure works.
