This is a nice product but the bracket screw hole placement makes the mount wobble instead of being tight against the wall. There is no way for the installer to fix this small issue.

Why is it so hard to get an answer?
I received an email that my order had been delivered, complete with a photograph of some unrecognizable home. It was not my home. I didn't receive the order. And I've spent 40 minutes with Lowes idiot chatbot 'helper'. As usual, it could not help me and only served to waste my time and get me annoyed.
