I bought this for my grandson shower. I recently purchase one and the hose was plastic and hard to bend. Changed it out for this one works great very flexible ,water comes out Smooth but full strem. Love it.

That would be dependent on where the plumbing for the shower connection comes out of, these also have a max GPM of 1.8
