What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the intuitive installation and elegant tile-like appearance, with most noting panels click together easily and cut cleanly for DIY projects. The Carrara White finish delivers a high-end, seamless look that exceeds expectations. However, nearly a quarter report durability concerns, including brittle panels, cracks upon arrival, and visible seams that undermine the premium aesthetic. Some mention color inconsistencies and difficulty obtaining replacements. Despite these drawbacks, most customers find the combination of easy assembly and sophisticated appearance worthwhile.

Easy to install with common tools

Would Recommend

This is very easy to install. The material is only about 3/16" of an inch thick and cuts very easily on a table saw and standard hole saw. The front edges at the sides are rounded which provides a nice finish without requiring additional edging. Caution!!! the top edge all the way around is not rounded and has a very sharp corner edge. I sliced my fingers while caulking the top edge.

Quality Surround, Not True White

Would Recommend

This surround seems to be of very good quality. It is not flimsy, it is rigid. My only concern, and as someone else mentioned, it is not a true white. It works with my bathroom colors, but if you want or need white do not order this.

Nothing more than lament.

Would Not Recommend

Wow, what a disappointment. Unfortunately for me I opened it and can’t return it. Didn’t use it. Went back to Lowe’s and bought 24x48 tile to do the job. Tile cost 175.00 plus other expenses to cut the tile and thin set vs 750.00 for a lament shower. I’ll probably use it as a splash or to line a closet so it’s not a total loss.

Absolute Worst Shower Walls

Would Not Recommend

Absolute worst shower wall system I have ever had the displeasure of installing. I have installed dozens of showers and tubs and this was the worst. Being acrylic any little bumb causes a break. The seams are extremely pernounced. The walls do not fit into the pan without custom cutting. Don't Buy!

Not worth the money

Would Not Recommend

The walls are extremely flimsy. They were chipped and cracked in shipping. There is absolutely no flex without breaking them. The seams do not snap in as they should on all the pieces and when they don't snap in the first try the edges break away. If these were priced at around $250 I could understand it. Would not recommend these to anyone, for any reason. I will have to replace these sooner than I expected.
