I had the worst experience with customer service with this Item. The sink arrived cracked. In order to get a replacement top they had me submit a claim for warranty all just to tell me a few days later they don’t replace parts and we would have to take the item to the store to get it replaced. I asked if they could provide a credit to just replace the cracked sink since it’s a heavy item and we had it shipped for that reason. Looks cheap and fake
The vanity is not what I expected and I am disappointed in the look. Although it is made of 100% wood as advertised the project looks cheap and actually looks like it is plastic. Returning this is not an option because it is already upstairs in the bathroom and having to pay you return freight charges on a 300 pound vanity is not something I am willing to do. several problems with this purchase. First it was said to be delivered on 10/21 but we found out from the commercial carrier (Estes) that Lowes always says that but it is the date it will arrive at the shipping hub. Delivery service dropped and broke pallet
The delivery service dropped the pallet and broke it. Leaving this 72inch vanity blocking our driveway and delaying work on our house due to the contractors not being able to access the house. My husband had to grab a neighbor and try to pulley this monstrous thing out of the way. The box was broken the vanity is broken and there is no pallet
