I have ordered 2 of this, one was is good shape, the other as cracked when received. I returned the item, and re-order. Now I have to wait for another 3 weeks to get the last blind to complete my window.

Blinds look great but 1/16" too wide!
These blinds look as advertised and I think they will look great once mounted but I was told they take 1/4" off the width from the size you put in. However, mine arrived at the exact size and just barely won't fit in my window frame. So, going to order the same product but manually take off 1/4" (if they have that size option). Kind of a hassle but they should be returnable and I think it will be worth it when it's all set and done.

Easy to order and easy to mount to the window opening. They darken the room nicely andbthe fact that you can open from the top or the bottom is very handy for privacy. Glad that we purchased these.

Bought these blinds 2.5 years ago for the bedrooms. Love the Top/Bottom option. Install was easy. However, within the last month, all 4 blinds have broken. The plastic fittings that the springs fit in, snapped and sent pieces flying. I am going to try one shade in one bedroom again and hopefully the quality has improved. The shades were rarely raised and primarily were left in a half up postion.

Save your money and buy better quality
Needed something quick so I'd thought I would try these. Shipping faster than ecpected and color was perfect but that's all the good. Top down rail does not sit flush with head rail when closed. 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch uneven gap in between the head rail and top of shade. makes shades look cheap. shade part feels like it can rip after 6 months of use.
