Mismatched color panels
We purchased the Carrara White panel systems and 3 of the 9 panels came in different colors (light gray base rather than white). This has created a poor aesthetic for shower. Disappointed in the product and the customer service by Lowes in resolving. Would not purchase again

Its very heavy.
It was very pretty but one panel had a chip in it that we had to caulk. For the price it should've all been perfect.

Overpriced with low quality
I was incredibly disappointed in this as pieces that needed to be squared and taut broke too easily. Sure, it's easy to install but it thin and cheaply made.

Color
The pictures online and the color they say is not what I got. I thought I was getting white with gray veins. What I got was white with BLUish or Purple veins. I did not see until it was already installed by the installer. The installer picked it up and installed. I will sen picture later, But if you think it looks gray be careful.

Replacement panels for this are not available
We purchased the wall surround kit, just fine, no problems there. We tried to order replacement panels and they are not available by the vendor so the order kept getting canceled. Our only option is to buy a second surround wall kit so that we can get the three replacement panels that we need.

I would tile next time
DIYer’s.. beware.. if corners are not plume, i thought Id only have to trim the back 3 panels only because my space was less than 48”, but I also had to cut lower and middle panels on both sides because my walls/corners were not plume. Lets be realistic. How many times do you demo and see that walls are not plume?? 95%of the time right!! I used a 48x36” shower pan, and this finished and installed wall didnt meet the reach the pan front edge, so then i had to fill in around the outer edge all aro...
